This Privacy Policy describes how Foxry ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you install or use the StockClock app ("the App") in connection with your Shopify store.

1. Information We Collect

When you install and use the App, we access the following data from your Shopify store through Shopify's APIs:

• Store information: Shop name, domain, and Shopify plan information
• Product and inventory data: Product titles, SKUs, variant information, and inventory levels
• Order data: Order line items (product ID, variant ID, and quantity sold) for the purpose of calculating sales velocity
• Subscription status: Your App billing plan information

We do not collect or store customer personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or shipping addresses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data solely to provide the App's functionality:

• Calculating sales velocity and days-until-stockout forecasts
• Generating reorder date and quantity recommendations
• Sending inventory alert notifications (email or Slack, if configured)
• Managing your subscription and feature access

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers and D1 database). Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. We retain your data only for as long as your App is installed. When you uninstall the App, your data is automatically deleted within 30 days.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except for the following service providers necessary to operate the App:

• Cloudflare: Hosting and database services
• Resend: Transactional email delivery (if you enable email notifications)

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Uninstalling the App will also trigger automatic deletion of your stored data.

6. GDPR and International Users

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, you have additional rights including the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data. Our legal basis for processing is the performance of our contract with you (providing the App's services).

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
